Service Excellence
The Service Excellence Advisory Council (SEAC) is conducting ongoing assessments of constituents to measure importance and level of improvement needed by services offered by GW. This multi-year study includes surveys of students, faculty, and staff.
The first phase of the study was the Service Excellence Survey distributed to a random sample of undergraduate and graduate students in 2009.
The second phase of the study was the Service Excellence Survey distributed to members of the faculty and administrative staff in 2010.
The next phase of the study was conducted in spring 2013 with the student version of the Service Excellence Survey.
