Faculty and staff rated the Benefits EasyEnroll System website, GWeb Information System website, Staff Learning and Development website, ALADIN Research Portal website, and Payroll Services website as websites in the "above expectations" category.
Some of the services that were rated in the "above expectations" category were services provided by the Eckles Library staff, GWorld Card Operations, services provided by the Vern Express, services provided by the University Police Department, and maintenance and upkeep of grounds on the Foggy Bottom Campus.
